A: You can place orders directly through our website or via linked social media accounts.
Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept card payments and PayPal. Part-payments are available for commissions over £500 — see our Commissions Policy for details.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Physical works and commissions are dispatched within 10–14 working days of payment confirmation.
For smaller goods and those available for immediate purchase, such as prints, giftwares and small original works, these may arrive sooner with a dispatch estimate of 3-5 working days of payment confirmation.
You will receive an email when your item is on its way. Free tracked delivery is included for commissions and orders over £50.00. Full details are in our Store Policy and Commissions Policy.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, all items are sent with a trackable service. Details are provided in your dispatch email.
Returns & Damages
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We handle returns for damaged or incorrectly described items at no cost. See the Store Policy for full guidance.
